Day 3- Checklist and target
Day 2 Target:
- Wake up by 7.00 AM
- Breakfast by 9.30 AM for everyone in the family. Should not miss as kitchen is already clean.
- Mobbing the kitchen floor
- Lunch cooking by 1.00 AM
- Clean the vessels and stove before bed time.
- No mobile after midnight
- Take kids down / play at home with them/ make them study for atleast 40 mins in a stretch.

Dear,
So, you eat more and more and more. Thats your problem. I hate men with pot bellies... PLease do not expect me to respond to your intimate calls with your sweaty body and pot belly. But, whatever you do should not bother me and I am working on it. Someday, i learn it to perfection! Challenge! When you cant have some cleanliness and responsibility, I can only choose to accept that and keep my mind off that!

Thank you God for all of us being alive. My stomach ache and breathlessness is feeling much better now
