Target 1 for better me
have been going through a lot since the last 4 years and the worst since Dec 2019(lets go into them, should the need be)..... I have been crying, stressing myself on things that are not in my limits, trying to change the habits of my partner and all things that will just not change for me; atleast in the near future. While I have realised I cannot change anything or anyone, the best I can do is keep myself focused on what is in my control, and keep things and people off that i cannot control.
Let me start simple with 5 things a day for Day 1:
Day 1 target:
- Wake up by 7.00 AM
- Finish cooking by 2.00 PM
- Clean the vessels and stove before bed time
- No mobile until 12.00 PM and after midnight.(posting this blog after 12.00 am.... huh!)
- Take kids down for playing for atleast 40 minutes.
Will keep you people honestly updated on how much I could follow.
